On 29th November 2018, Ultimate Experience worked with Ambitious About Autism, to host their annual fundraiser, a Night of Ambition. The fundraiser took place at our incredible venue The Pavillion, at the Tower of London, which welcomed over 500 guests.
The event was hosted by loved comedian, Jon Culshaw and attendees got to enjoy live entertainment all throughout the night including a magician and photobooth during the reception drinks.
An enjoyable three course meal by Create started with cured duck breast, alfalfa sprout and chicory salad. The main course was slow cooked beef short rib with a honey and grain mustard pumpkin puree, fondant potato, slow roasted tomatoes and red win jus. The meal was finished off with a mouth-watering Tiramisu.
Later in the evening, a live auction took place to help the charity raise funds to provide more support and promote awareness for children and young people with autism. The total raised was over £420,00!
