On Monday 17th June at City Central at the HAC, we held a conference for 600 guests.
City Central is comprised of two main rooms, the dining room and the reception area. On this occasion, the dining room was transformed into a conference space, complete with a stage and theatre style seating. Guests arrived at 3:30pm, ready for the conference to begin at 3:45pm.
At 5pm, the conference came to an end and guests were invited out into the reception area to enjoy some cocktails and make use of our much loved, on-site funfair!
Meanwhile, the team at City Central at the HAC were clearing away the conference, and setting up the dining room ready for an informal dinner. At 6:30pm the dining rooms doors opened, and guests were invited back in to enjoy a BBQ dinner, and music from our DJ, supplied by Full Circle.
The BBQ was a delicious affair, including homemade burgers, spatchcock chicken, cod loin, black rice salad, greek salad, summer kale salad and roasted potatoes with harissa and confit garlic. For dessert guests had two options, a blueberry meringue pie with fresh lime zest or flourless chocolate gateaux and marinated cherries, mascarpone and candied lemon.
Following dinner, guests had the rest of the evening to network, enjoy the funfair and dance the night away to the DJ.
